In the third chapter of the Uttara Pada, Paramashiva shares the standards for how to worship the Sakala Murthi, or the Fully Manifested Form. This includes how the temple for the Sakala Murthi should be established, how one should enter the temple, the context of how to relate with Sakala Murthi, how celebrations should happen, the mantras to be chanted in the temple, and other such details.
